Expiration date from DIA 2017 * 30 years' experience in IT - including Quality Assurance (QA), Metrics, Technical Writing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Metrics, Configuration Management (CM), Project Management, Process Improvement, and network/PC troubleshooting * Throughout career, spear-headed efforts to capture metrics assuring customer (US Government) received most favorable results for work products (deliverables), software contractual agreements, and customer expectations, etc. * Employed "Stop-gap analyses" (i.e., where we are and where we ought to be) * Implemented CM, QA, CMMI Level 2/3, and process improvement principles throughout project lifecycles * Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) - Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows Professional), A+, Network+, and Security+ certified. * Articulate professional with strong oral, written, and problem-solving skills * Use extensive experience in writing, editing, and formatting of all work products to ensure the quality of deliverables, proposals, diagrams, and procedural documentation. and, * Completed 40-hour Project Management course taught by George Washington University- including Information Assurance Security Officer Certification coursework through US Army.
