I have worked closely with the marketing, finance and human resources departments in the implementation of workflow procedures. I run the payroll for more then 150 employees every month. I work on ADP software. I successfully redefined job descriptions and responsibilities, provided hands-on training, and implemented new policies and procedures resulting in a more structured and supportive workplace where employees currently enjoy incentives to work hard and maintain their terms of employment.
