HR Generalist: Managed corporate responsibility for full cycle recruitment at all levels, employee relations, employee communications, performance management, benefit administration & compensation administration, payroll, visa / immigration matters, disaster recovery planning. Employee Retention Expertise: Capable of implementing a Retention Strategy that improves employee engagement, reduces employee turnover by 20 - 50% in the first year, and forecasts turnover. Implemented two Performance Management systems (Success Factors & Halogen).
