Description
Support Analyst/Engineer with around 3 years experience in executing full project life cycle managing day-to-day operations for Production Support, incorporating a wide range of applications and technologies. * Executive 'point of contact' for the Stakeholders and the team, accountable for ensuring appropriate business strategies are in place and are acted upon according to priorities and needs. * Proven skills in relationship management with clients and effectively guiding the team during the project deployment and delivering the product within the timeline, cost, and quality. * Exceptionally good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of Software development life cycle and reporting. Experience in executing full project life cycle including Technical Design, Development Testing, Implementation and Documentation. * Extensive experience in Regression Testing of applications. * Experience in the monitoring of production business batches. * Have strong analytical skills and logical skills to identify and fix production issues. * Well versed with tools and technologies like Unix Shell Scripting. * Ability to work closely with users, lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple concurrent assignments effectively. * Extensive work experience in onsite and offshore teams for requirement gathering. * Managing, implementing & innovating Global Production Support Environment as per Client's need and requirements. * Authorized to work in United States for any employer.
