I have over 30 years of Senior Level Management experience in multicultural and academic environments. I have overseen social engagement projects that have established one of the largest free counseling programs in Colorado. I also helped establish one of the largest food banks in Denver, feeding over 30,000 people each year. I personally directed the largest church-based prison outreach programs in Colorado. I also, founded the first Urban Studies program for the Global Education Office at Gordon College, Wenham, Massachusetts. As the Director of Gordon-in-Boston, I recruited, taught and mentored over 100 students through this off-campus semester of Urban Studies and Professional Internships.
