Description
Successfully implemented Quality Stars initiatives that elevated Humana's California and Hawaii markets to 4- Star contracts in 2015 and 2016. * Worked collaboratively with 50 medical groups and IPAs in California and Hawaii to reduce costs, and improve documentation for HEDIS scores and Star ratings in all aspects of quality. * Leveraging strong knowledge of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) HEDIS, CMS Quality Star measures, Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS)/Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services'(CMS) Risk Adjustment programs.
