Job descriptions and hiring information * Maintained statistical reports from our ATS for Nordstrom, Alorica and Bear Staffing to track time to fill, Recruiting, hiring, and termination trends. * Developed and maintained ad hoc reports for each department manager. * Created automated reporting for each of the Fulfillment Centers specific needs for Recruiting and HR. * Successfully and creatively managed a Recruiting budget for 10 years. I saved the Nordstrom Midwest Fulfillment facility more than $16,000 in candidate screening costs. Through negotiation tactics, I began a new partnership with a drug-screening vendor, Hirevue (online interview system) and a new ATS. * Created the first company Work @ Home hiring program for Nordstrom nationwide. * Directed and partnered with remote Recruiters to grow their talent pipeline by creating appealing job descriptions, hiring events within their local areas and connected them with sources for advertising through print, radio and social media. * Successfully met/exceeded hiring goals during holiday season for 10 years.
