Operations Leadership * Solid experience in aerospace manufacturing processes with more than 17 years experience on operating CMM with PC-DMIS, Calypso, Zeiss. and related software in a machine/equipment's manufacturing environment * Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skills, positive approach to drive continuous improvement. * Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and working with minimum supervision, goal oriented and team player to achieve business objectives. * Strong knowledge of GD&T, NCR CAR/SCAR (Corrective Action Request), PPQP, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PPAP, APQP, 5S, 8D, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt. * Experienced in using Shadow graph, Air Gage, Micrometer, High Gage, Verniers, Radius gauges, Pins. * Strong communication skills, detailed goal, organized, logical and analytical. * Trained Auditor conduct product, process and system audit for Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001, TL9000, AS9100 and Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001 requirements.
