I am a Senior Process Engineer with more than 21 years experience. I have been involved in different projects in Oil & Gas field as Lead and Senior Design Engineer. My experience is in different design activities in process units as well as utilities. I am capable to generate all design documents and drawings such as Design Philosophies, Operating Manuals, PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment Data Sheets .I am able to work with most of Process Design software's such as Aspen Hysys, Provision, Flarenet, HTRI, Flaresim, Olga, . . also I have the knowledge of different equipment sizing such as drums, thermal calculation of heat exchangers, pump and pipeline hydraulic calculations as well as flare network hydraulics, etc. I was involved in different HAZOP review meetings for mega projects (200 sheet P&IDs) and also Value engineering, Consequence analysis, SIL and RAM study review meetings. I can handle Technical BID Evaluation and Vendor document review of equipment and instrument items in process engineering point of view. I can lead the process design team of about 15 engineers communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines as well as project management team, different vendors and the Client.
