Mainly involved in TATA Tiago, Tigor and Nexon vehicle. * Experience on Automotive vehicle Engine ICR from Idea generation, evaluation, approval to implementation (GEAR). * Experience in design validation process through DVA at different automotive vehicle development gateways (Conceptual to production) * Expertise in RCA (root cause analysis) & providing solutions on different field and production line issues. * Experience on engine component design and modifications using UG NX 8.5 and release in Team center PLM * Expertise in design & development of engine components (castings, forgings) from conceptual layout in Pro-E Wildfire and Creo Parametric. * Expertise in 3D CAD modeling of Engine Crankcase & Cylinder head using core-cavity and skeleton model techniques using Pro-E and NX. * Expertise in casting & forging components parting line definition and draft analysis. * Strong knowledge in GD & T application and Tolerance stack analysis for engine subassemblies. * Exposure of foreign client onsite work at Alfa Laval Sweden on oil separator parts containing critical drafts on plastic mounding components. * Experience in people development by design tool training and leading the team for carrying different CAD projects. * Experience in production line handling for bearing manufacturing in SKF bearing limited India Pune. * Enjoy working in creative and innovative team environment.
