Using an engineering foundation combined with strategic thinking of my MBA training, I've spent the last 20 years improving the operations of three leading energy companies: PSEG Power, the sister company of the largest utility in New Jersey Hess Energy Marketing, part of a global oil E&P company and Direct Energy Business, one of the largest third-party suppliers of energy in the country. During this time, I've grown as a leader both formally and informally, showing significant subject matter versatility and employed strong interpersonal and influencing skills. I am currently seeking to broaden my career, put my leadership skills to work and leverage my vast experience by moving into a role that leads a team, has high visibility to executive leadership and has the potential to affect positive change in the organization.
