Over 15 yrs. of successful domestic and international software & professional services sales experience including accountability for strategic selling and business development with large financial services organizations including: American Express, Wells Fargo Bank of America, TSYS, AFLAC, MasterCard, Primerica, Ameriprise, Kemper, Heartland Payment Systems, SiriusXM and Navy Federal Credit Union * Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in consulting with key decision makers including "C" level executives, delivering powerful presentations, persuasively negotiating major transactions, steering critical committees, managing high profile accounts, diplomatically troubleshooting problems and managing client satisfaction * Exceptional ability to understand client's business including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market and business issues, identify sales opportunities, craft a compelling value proposition superior to the competition and close high value customers * Successfully navigate large organizations and complex buying processes to close business deals including multi-year enterprise wide contracts ranging from $100k - $2M * Maximize sales by designing and launching proactive campaigns, developing existing accounts, generating new business through cold calling, referrals and lead follow-up, and customizing sales strategies to address client-specific needs and markets * Effectively collaborate with and influence a variety of stakeholders at all levels and integrate their needs * Proficiently navigate ambiguity and clearly define business opportunities * Skilled at achieving results by building strong customer relationships * Collaborate with virtual teams to drive sales, solution implementation & managed services engagements from identification to close for both new & existing accounts * Participate as both speaker and attendee in User Group meetings, conferences and trade shows * Effectively work remotely from a home office (for over fifteen years) * Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
