Highlights:
Led National DOT number consolidation project team for CCR. Worked with numerous business partners/leaders to achieve reduction from 26 DOT numbers to 4. Project team included Fleet, Legal, Tax, Safety, DOT Compliance, and operations.
Led Corporate Project Team for FMLA and WC Return-to-Work processes. Project focused on re-establishing transitional duty, targeting suspect claims, understanding and mapping FMLA and WC RTW process, bottlenecks and model management processes and has been replicated throughout the corporation.
Achieved OSHAS/EMS/IMS Certification at 4 Production Plants
• Responsible leading sustainable design, development, and implementation of driver, fleet, and transportation safety and compliance programs for Coca-Cola. Mentor and develop Operational Excellence (Six Sigma) projects by managing diverse stakeholder work streams to develop enterprise-wide governance system including standardized performance criteria (KPI) and performance scorecards.
• Responsibilities include 12,000+ commercial motor vehicle drivers, 10,000+ non-commercial drivers, and 30,000+ power units and trailers located in North America, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Hawaii. Coca-Cola global subject matter expert on route to market transportation, safety, fleet maintenance, and regulatory compliance and is a principal member of Coca-Cola’s Global Route to Market Committee, NETS (Annual Benchmarking, Seatbelt, Distracted Driving), NPTC, DDLC, and ASSE (Transportation Specialty Group, Distracted Driving).
• Responsible for leading the New England/Upstate Markets EHSS Team supporting Field Operations, Sales and Customer Care. Responsibilities included implementing EHS loss prevention and compliance policies/procedures/training programs for 2 Market Units. Provide leadership and guidance on all EHSS initiatives as well as DOT compliance-related activities. Developed and drove a consistent safety cultural message at all levels of the organization through interaction with hourly employees, Market Unit Leadership and Executive Leadership.
