QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY Maria Santa-Torres is a seasoned mission support administrator with an accumulated 10 years of solid experience in all facets of travel coordination, personnel security awareness, and domestic and international postal procedures. She possesses strong customer service skills verified by anticipating and responding to customer needs in a manner that provides added value and generates customer satisfaction, even in situations in which the outcome is not what the customer desires. Ms. Santa-Torres is capable of performing a wide variety of assignments, which include both administrative and clerical duties with little or no supervision, displaying efficiency and tact.
