Investigates and addresses employee relations issues * Assist management in issuing disciplinary action and developing performance Improvement plans Interview & Job placement (Staffing) participate and prepare Conduct for unemployment hearings * Prepare and maintain various management reports monthly reports new hires * Participates HR meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. * Conduct investigations for alleged harassment workplace threats & violence Issue corrective actions in accordance with the Code of Conduct/Employee Rules GMPs and Safety for all employees from hourly to managers. * Suspend employees pending review with HR Managers. * Meet with my Manager regularly to discuss issues that occur or questions I may have regarding disciplinary. * Schedule meetings with departments to discussed turnovers and issues that has come to HR. Train and verified that the 36 hour guarantee is done IAW the contract. * Provide suggestions to resolve any problem areas. * Provide support to all managers. Directs 2nd shift clerks and responsible for supervising HR trainers.
