Quota responsibility 9 million dollars of hardware and software sales through these channels. * Consistently achieved double-digit growth in North American market. * Directed and worked closely with marketing to create and implement new products and marketing programs. * Successfully recruited, trained and retained Sales Managers. * Additional responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, goal setting and P&L. * Turned worst performing worldwide distributor into top performing distributor worldwide. Also sold through OEM's and VAR's (top OEM was Xerox Corporation).
