ACCOMPLISHMENTS 3.1 . Systems Engineering (FAA) : * Successfully secured the Joint Resource Council's funding commitment to a billion-dollar "Modernization Program." * Successfully assisted the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) in implementing the modernization effort. *Successfully enhanced Air Traffic Control operation support and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for the FAA as a result. 3.2. Contract Management (FAA): * Successfully supported the FAA Product Team in their "Program & Risk Management" endeavors. *Successfully provided accurate input and guidance to the Integrated Service Contractor, resulting in significant cost savings to the Federal Government. 3.3. Financial Analysis (NAVSEA): *Assisted the Senior Financial Analyst in procuring Government furnished equipment for the Navy. *Assisted the Senior Financial Analyst in analyzing the "Contract My RESUME Performance Report" to closely monitor the status of funding obligation and acquisition compliance. 3.4. Process Improvement (NAVSEA): Participated in an award-winning project to upgrade the LAN/WAN system that maximized the effectiveness of the aircraft carrier shipbuilding program (LHD). 3.5. Teaching Excellence (VN/USA) Over 11 years of language teaching excellence has resulted in several waves of successful students and citizens of both Viet Nam and the United States of America. 4.
