of supervising over 9 ARF Adminsdtaors and over 40 cleints/ patient of which superviseover 5o mental health staff and provide care assistance for 8 mental health clients. This postion I perform many duties. For example, accurate evaluation, active treatment, and focused rehabilitation that each indi\idual's recovery goals can be achieved. Maintain client files with \ital information (i.e. SSI papers, prove of income, courts papers and etc). Update client progress on daily basis. Insure that the needs of participants are being met in a timely manner - Oversee daily business operations - i.e. client notes documentation, medication audits, personal and incidental funds disbursement and audits, physical plant inspections, maintenance of client and staff files, time card review and amendments, - Conduct annual performance evaluations and pro\ide statement of discussions - Ensure the provision and delivery of program ser\ices to the clients required by applicable law and regulation, including - those services identified in the clients program plans. - Maintain and manage program, employee and client documentation and records as required by company policy, and - State and Agency regulations and service agreements. - Conduct and submit monthly quality assurance evaluations of the program facilities serwice delivery and - implementation and employee performance to ensure program compliance and quality of service. - Develop and maintain professional relationships with external agencies, professionals, community members and other - indi\iduals and organizations involved with the clients lives and delivery of serwices. - Identify and resolve potential crisis situations, implement solutions to help prevent crises and work cooperatively to - resolve disputes and differences of opinions with coworkers, subordinates and outside entities. - Identify and develop new program opportunities and materially assist in the expansion of existing services. - Develop and implement policies and procedures and training programs to improve quality of ser\ice. - Supervise and provide management oversight, guidance and training to assigned employees. - Participate in the recruitment, employment and training of new employees. - Conduct and attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. - Work rotating on-call schedule. Homeland Security Online College Instructor February 2010 to September 2012 ICDC College, Los Angeles CA - Performed training and tutored students on subjects that focus on issues with interxiewing inbound subjects crossing the US boarders with mental health issues - Establish supports and skills to reduce the crises that lead to acute hospitalizations and emergency department use, while also helping people feel stronger and better in their lives by providing resources and options.
