Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Familiarity and experience with the following manufacturing processes: plastic injection / blow molding, metal stamping and welded assembly, rubber molding / extrusion, and fixture design for product assembly and testing. * Program / Project Management experience includes developing and tracking workplans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of tooling, product, and design validation testing to meet Program Timing gateway deliverables. * International assignments / business travel includes: China, South Korea, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, Canada.
