CollapseDescription

COVER LETTER: Dear OHSU, I am applying for a position in Information Technology, which will enable me to offer to you the best solution for your needs and which will enable me to continue my professional and technical development. I have extensive experience in software development, in systems and data analysis and in quality assurance. I have worked in a variety of fields, from medical and financial, to automotive and transportation. I have facilitated and lead meetings to determine requirements and to provide resolutions to those requirements. I bring strong evaluation and organizational skills to my position. As a software engineer, I have strong COBOL, C, UNIX, HPUX, XML, Visual Studio/TFS, Oracle SQL and sqlplus experience. Combined with XML and XSLT, I have created letter templates for Medicaid. I have provided on-call support to all my clients. I have been a reviewer in code walkthroughs for the UI, written in C#, so I am familiar with the .NET side of interChange. The environment in which I have worked is a blend of the standard SDLC and Agile & Scrum methodologies. I have solid C++, Java, LINUX and Python training. I also have experience with HTML5, CSS & JavaScript (and a bit of JSON). I have experience with CMMI, CMS (Center for Medicaid & Medicare Services), ACA (Affordable Care Act), ICD 9 & 10 (International Classification of Diseases) & MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture). As a QA tester, I have written testing documents and scripts, resolved defects, performed regression testing and written SQL to perform data validation. As a Release Coordinator, I had to ensure that all objects submitted for technical release, passed review. This meant both code and supporting documentation test cases and web content. As a Technical Lead, I lead the Prior Authorization team for the recent Indiana implementation. I have had to coordinate End-To-End testing and documentation, which spanned multiple subsystems. As a writer of laboratory technical manuals for ISO 9001, it was my responsibility to ensure that there was no ambiguity in the process steps. This involved performing QC upon the manual itself, not simply the process. OBJECTIVE: a company which supports and promotes the development of its employees, a company which challenges my skills and asks even more of me. Thank you Stephanie Ezat-Panah
