Summary: Statistical executive with experience in the field of applied mathematics and mathematical statistics and their public policy, health care economics, portfolio (stocks & bonds) selection, population survey design, international development and other commercial applications. His experience spans health, the environment, communication, computers, impact evaluations, and defense applications. He has managed and analyzed data from large survey, epidemiologic, and clinical trials data. These studies have included samples of up to 30,000 respondents and 100,000 case records, complex multi-stage probability sampling, and multivariate analysis. He is an expert in experimental design, time series analysis, logistic regression analysis, sampling statistics, variance estimation, and applied statistical methods. He has developed models of large inventory systems and diverse queuing systems such as computer networks and transaction-based automated processes.
