IA Sales Professional, it is my responsibility to introduce the Paychex PEO Co-Employment model to small to mid-size businesses across a multi-state territory. I prospect for C-Level decision makers by a multitude of outlets such as social media marketing, email campaigns, blogs, forums, networking events, traditional telemarketing, canvassing and leveraging external partnerships such as work comp brokers, health brokers, employment law attorneys and other heavy hitting business to business sales professionals. A PEO/Professional Employer Organization is an all-encompassing HCM solution from hire to fire and all the in between that incorporates payroll, reporting, benefits, work comp, 401k, EPLI and a multitude of other benefits to provide the small to mid-size business with the ability to better manage their employees, streamline efficiencies, mitigate risk, reduce exposures, provide comprehensive benefits to attract and retain top talent. An organization can have access to resources implementing a better professional and personal lifestyle that subsequently increases production and revenues that they would not normally have access to due to diseconomies of scale and/or lack of knowledge. Having vast knowledge of HCM as an Employer, Employee as well as Consultant has provided me with the ability to get in more doors than most of my counterparts. While meeting with decision makers I take a high level consultative approach to not just present my solution but most importantly to gain a solid understanding of their business goals, needs and culture all the while building rapport and establishing trust. While obtaining such intel I'm simultaneously creating a conversational flow to gauge their buying temperature, uncover needs they may be unaware of and address and prioritize their stated needs/goals. I close my initial meetings by recapping our conversation expanding upon their expressed needs and express my desire to provide a solution that's beneficial to their workforce, economical to their bottom-line and impactful to their top-line. Being effective and thorough from the start is crucial for my completion of a comprehensive proposal that is on point, thorough and accurate therefore I consistently have a plan of action prepared prior to meeting every prospect. Obtaining prospective interest is exciting for me and I strive to make that experience the same for my prospects.
