CAREER HIGHLIGHTS In my 20+ years in the HVAC industry. Learning many aspects of the trade has helped me understand contractors and employers on different levels. Starting my career as a shop laborer to becoming a counter person that many technicians call a on means a lot. Contractors what a person who understands their needs, gets to the point, and will be the go to guy when they are in needs of anything. Being proud to help from the little concerns to the major projects. Makes me always want to get up in the morning and do all over again the next day. This is why I have learned many different areas of the HVAC industry to be strong for myself and more importantly for the contractor. No one person has all the answers, the better people understand where to find the answers. Moving from one department to another allowed me to continue to learn new thing about myself, other people, and the industry.
