SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I have over 20 years of senior level leadership and management experience. I am currently a student in the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver and will complete my Master's degree this February. This is in addition to my law degree from the University of Denver. I've worked within state government, and currently intern with a nonprofit in Denver developing workforce trainings and strategic planning for other nonprofits. I have a passion for, and experience in, collaborative team building, morale enhancement, strengthening productivity, workplace assessments and evaluations, and coaching supervisors and managers on developing their leadership skills. I have worked in senior leadership positions within governmental, higher education, and quasi-governmental entities, as well as running my own consulting business. I have significant experience managing diverse and multi-level staff, strategic planning and budgets in excess of $2 million. My experience encompasses everything from creating civil rights offices to developing enhanced internal and external processes, policies and partnerships to achieve increased productivity and improved morale. Since 2009, I have had my own consulting business, conducting civil rights investigations, training, mediation, facilitations, and organizational climate assessments for public schools, federal agencies and private entities.
