All, * Meet and exceed sales objectives utilizing effective leadership of SDAs and maintaining field contact with customers at chain level through physical presence and easy accessibility/fast response to problems * Counsel SDAs and facilitate workshops to improve individual motivation, interaction, and performance * Attain established corporate sales/strategies and performance goals of unit and dollar volume results * Develop business through sales volume, merchandising/stale control strategies, and display penetration * Utilize personal experience and expertise to improve SDA performance and ability to reach set goals facets of management of regional employees to achieve budgetary P&L and performance goals * Train route sales representatives on products profitable sales and effective route operations * Continuous relationship-building with prospective and existing customers including lost accounts * Housekeeping and maintenance of all regional vehicles to avoid down time and late delivery of products
