Dear Respected Recruiting Manager, I would like to take a moment to share my professional background. My skill-set is unique in that I have successfully led the design, implementation, and/or support efforts for a variety of HR initiatives (e.g. HR operational / staff support and development; total talent management solutions, and HR strategic planning). To add value with regards to these activities, I have consistently improved my HR Generalist skill-set, Human Capital Planning, Change Management skills, and Organizational Development abilities; all while demonstrating flexibility and respect for organizational culture. In addition, I understand the importance of having a solid communication’s strategy in place that keeps the workforce informed and engaged in an effort to minimize conflict and to foster better professional relationships with senior leaders. As an MBA graduate, I have excellent business acumen with a solid understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L), Business Development, and the role people policies and HR solutions ultimately play in the success of the organization. I am very excited about the possibilities of adding value and demonstrating a measurable return on investment.
