Responsible for the bi-weekly Federal timecard application to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all employees. Developed account-wide administrative policies and procedures account wide. Work closely with Human Resources, EDS Corporate Payroll and Benefits department regarding various employee issues. Coordinated benefit reviews with local HMO representative. Completed processing of each monthly new hire class. Primary contact with temporary staffing agencies.
