ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provided leadership, strategic planning, major decision making, and administration for a complex multi-Company Defined Benefit/Contribution, Deferred Compensation, Health & Welfare Q&NQ plan (s), including benefit (s) active employees, retirees and several Union (s). * High level participant selecting, launching, and engaging an Outsourced Centralized Benefits Center vendor (s) for HSA/FSA/FMLA/COBRA/Occupational Health administration. * Researched, recommended, developed, and oversaw the administration of new or modified plan (s) and policies across multi-Companies, including but not limited to self/fully insured cafeteria plans/VEBA/401 (h) Trusts. * Assisted with resolution of escalated benefit issues or adjustments under plan documents, vendor contracts, regulations, and/or requirements, made recommendations regarding process, procedure, program documentation, compliance, and communication improvements for efficiency and/or cost control.
