Executive leader of the marketing team, for four years, with many accomplishments including a complete brand creation of Cordant, a pharmacy acquisition and brand transition of a new business unit, sales growth across six industries, the development of a successful sales team and the launch of an industry disruptive product. ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Designed and executed, a consolidation of five newly acquired laboratories, into one market leader company, within 18 months. Oversaw a $300,000 brand creation budget and executed on time, under budget and without market disruption to existing business. * Led the brand transition, in 2015, of the acquisition of a chronic pain prescription specialty-pharmacy company. Successfully transitioning all material, creating new messaging, all without any current business disruption and improving name and industry perception of the offering. * Rapid sales growth of a failing territory within six weeks of taking over. Restructuring of sales team, creation of a strategic plan to grow existing and new business with a 43% growth within pharmacy and four new laboratory accounts. * Created go-to-market strategy, for the new and market disruptive Cordant CORE� testing. Launched in the field, in June 2016, with full media launch scheduled for April 2017. This product has increased business by 35% and is expected to increase sales by $150,000 per month, after full launch. * Responsible for full corporate and sales team training, including two weekly sales team trainings on CORE and all new product rollouts. * Part of the Cordant strategy team, which creates all new value propositions, including the successful rollout of: Cordant's naloxone service, buprenorphine program, hospital private label offering, the industry's first and only report which combines state drug monitoring information and drug testing results for better patient care, and the successful Cordant prescription take-back program. * Designed and project managed the launch of the corporate website (Cordantsolutions.com). In 2017, web traffic by 61% with effective content creation strategy, including monthly educational webinars, drug informational sheets, industry news and a video library. So far in 2017 over 121 leads came in from the website resulting in 16 closed deals. * Created a results driven inside sales team.
