Accomplishments From January 2008 to March 2011, increased total revenue within Belmont Village portfolio by 43.9%, resulting in an increase of over $25 million in annual revenue. During the same period, portfolio had an increase of more than $12 million in annualized net operating income. In 2009, supervised the opening of Belmont Village of Cardiff by the Sea and Belmont Village of Westwood. Directed entire sales and marketing process, from pre-lease through stabilization. Each community reached 100% occupancy within 18 months, with Westwood achieving in March 2011.
