Highlights:

Training field personnel at 35 parks and resorts on implemented policies and amendments. This was accomplished in approximately 18 months on core HR policies such as Sexual Harassment, Workplace Violence, Employee Conduct, Customer Service and time administration. By improvements in management of workers' compensation practices realized a premium cost savings and reduction of workplace accidents affecting the e-mod rating. Awarded the Quality Crown Award for innovations through I.T. for time administration. Honored to serve as President of the Oklahoma Public Human Resources Association in 2007, and President-Elect in 2006. Our leadership during these two years increased membership in the organization by 150% and is still growing today.
