Experience: * Expert in hand calculations, very familiar with Boeing Design Manual (BDM), Bruhn, Niu, Peterson, Roark Flabel, Timoshenko, MMPDS, EADS, Design Manuals as NASA, LM, Boeing, Northrup Grumman and Vought design manuals. * Experienced on FEM, PATRAN, NASTRAN, Local, Break out and Global Models, FEMAP, FEA in Catia V5, Mechanica, working knowledge of ANSYS. * Has a solid background in aerospace, machinery, tooling and instrumentation design. * Experience with Catia V5, V4, Navigator, Enovia, Team Center, Smarteam, Autocad, Pro-e. * Experience with Company Tools as LM Stress Analysis Tools as ADAT, AMAT, Boeing Analysis Tools ISSW, IAS, AS, Airbus tool ISAMI. * Excellent Knowledge of Metallic and Composite Materials, Failure Criteria. * Excellent Knowledge of Mechanical, Aerodynamic, Inertia, Fuel and Thermo Mechanical Loads and their combination. * Hot/ Cold, Dry/Wet Environments, Allowables, Knock Down Factors. * Experienced on large commercial passenger and cargo planes as well as military cargo planes. * Experienced on Business and Regional Jets and Turboprops. * Worked with PDR, CDR, Sustaining & MRB teams. * Complete familiarity with FAR 23 & 25.
