QUALIFICATIONS * Senior-level advisor to executives and employees regarding human resources trends and issues. * Partner with leadership to identify strategies, facilitate discussion and change, and align human resources initiatives to support organization's goals and objectives. * Apply strong tactical, influencing and consultative skills to drive organizational effectiveness. * Promote an environment and culture fostering inclusion, growth and high performance. * Direct organizational planning to evaluate labor structure, job design, and manpower forecasting. * Establish full recruitment cycle process from development of candidate pools through securing candidate acquisition by successful negotiations. * Personally recruited over 1000+ candidates across Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Defense industries. * Direct and oversee administration of all benefit programs including health, dental, vision, 401 (k), life and disability, flexible spending/HSA, stock option purchase programs, etc. * Negotiate with vendors to develop cost-effective benefit packages resulting in significant savings. * Provide counseling, support and advice on performance management, progressive discipline and termination situations presenting problem evaluation, resolution, and negotiation of complex employee relations matters. * Successfully retained several key employees through effective compensation negotiations and selected compensation benchmark technology. * Protect interests of company and employees in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations including EEO, AAP, record-keeping, writing policy, non-discriminatory practices, etc. * Create termination packages to streamline process and ensure compliance with exit transitions. * Develop new hire on-boarding and orientation processes to ensure employees are successfully integrated within company and rapidly familiarized to general operations. * Establish internal and external training programs to address company needs across divisions. * Supervise and mentor Human Resources staff members to promote collaborative team environment. * Experience selecting and implementing new systems to streamline processes and achieve company growth goals including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, intranet, and benefit transitions.
