- 3 weeks. was purchased, reduction in workforce due to duplicate positions. * HR Generalist first 4 years of employment at REACH supporting HR Director with recruiting efforts as needed. Then moved into full-time recruiting role and the HR Dept grew by 1 person who became the HR Generalist. * Sole Recruiter hiring for all positions at REACH to include Flight Nurses, Flight Paramedics, Flight Respiratory Therapists as well as Chief Pilot, Helicopter and Fixed-wing Pilots, Base Managers, Directors, Clinical Educators, Maintenance Crew, Admin, and various other positions as required by Management Team. * Work closely with hiring managers to ensure all vacant positions are filled in a timely manner. When a new base was to be opened Research advertising options for each position and post on internet sites specific to our area of expertise (i.e. Flightweb JustHelicopters Trade-a-Plane Craigslist Facebook Monster LinkedIn etc.). Review resumes perform online testing on each candidate phone screen candidates and conduct panel interviews. * Create and maintain master schedule and coordinate full-day interview/testing process for every position. This was a very detailed schedule as it entailed many applicants (6-12 depending on position) and a large hiring team (8-12). Oversee pre-employment health screening check references run background check and drug screenmake offers check backgrounds of all candidates. * Utilize Excel and Applicant Tracking System to create and maintain recruitment reports track openings candidates progress of each recruitment etc. Maintain "Career" section of the REACH website updated.
