I have Been blessed with an opportunity to coach, mentor, develop, and lead high performing sales team most of my career. We have been able to take teams through successful acquisitions, new compensations plans, and new product roll outs. We have also been able to lead very successful turn-a-rounds. My passion is leading and creating high performing teams within a dynamic company that values hard work and most importantly people.
