Description
I am highly focused. I thrive under pressure. Once given as project, I immediately make a plan of attack in my mind. I make sure that the right resources, people and skills are lined up to ensure success of the project or situation. I am the calm in the storm. I relish the thought of mastering an impossible task. I adapt quickly to changing environments, deadlines or priorities. I have a great work ethic. I am very responsible and keep my promises. I am willing to stick with a job for as long as it takes to succeed. I work to discover what efficiencies can be made to office management, on-boarding, office supplies. As an EA, I lead day-to-day operations that include selecting vendors and negotiating contracts. With this comes a responsibility to cut expenses wherever I can. I am self-aware. I am aware of my strengths and my weaknesses. I am very driven, organized and creative. My hold myself to a very high standard and expect the same from others. I am part of the solution not part of the problem. I am not a judge or critic. I am resourceful and creative. I researched, created and published New Hire On-Boarding Manuals for my department. This was the first documented process and training guide. The hiring manager, administrative assistant and new team member each had a binder containing policies & procedures, training checklists and materials pertaining to their role and responsibilities. It enabled a consistent, timely and successful three month on-boarding process for new team members. I am a risk taker. I am not afraid of failure. I learn from my mistakes. I say yes to opportunities. I question assumptions daily, I am curious about the "what and how" behind everything. I am not afraid of change. Why should you hire me? I am energetic and bring happiness to those around me. I am a careful and empathic listener. I consistently improve morale and bring cohesion to any department I work in.
