Management experience in both union and union free environments. * I have been assigned responsibility for plants with varying degrees of complexity and unique challenges. Each plant I managed improved dramatically in both profitability and volume output. * Capable of communicating at all levels, up and down the organization in an effective and sincere manner. * Able to establish and facilitate individual and group goals.
