Project was completed within budget one (1) week before deadline. 2006 Coordinated/managed company move (70 employees plus all furnishings and equipment) to new facility. Task included space planning/layout in AutoCAD. Worked with contractors during build-out prior to occupancy selected carpet, paint, tile and interior decorative improvements organized move with employees and moving contractor coordinated equipment relocation (phone system, photocopiers, printers, wide-format plotters, and Oce TDS 600 system). Planning began in May, 2006 build-out began in July, 2006, move successfully completed in early September, 2006. 2005 ( Assigned by company management to work with company attorneys to develop and implement new filing "tree" and process completed and implemented in 2005. ( Assigned to TQM (Total Quality Management) Committee to assist in developing a company-wide TQM manual. Manual 80% complete when I was re-assigned to another project. ( Organized and implemented new College of Marin file structure based upon highly complex and specific project requirements.
