I am a soon to be retired Army soldier that has earned his MBA in HRM. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others to make them the best at their jobs. I get joy out of those that I help succeed and be great. I pick up material and procedures very quickly. I have been recruiting for 15 years and know how to lead individuals to go down my wanted path and better their lives and the company that I work for.
