SUMMARY OF Qualifications * Document/Record Control Manager * Develop, build and, maintain document/record control relationship between all departments * Coordination and correlation of best practices for documentation submittals with Contractor * Consistent cooperative interaction with all departments * Development of a document/record control system from concept to full development * Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals * Planned and scheduled project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools * Assist in development of best practices for the system's adoption and operational use * Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Maintains correspondence received and transmitted externally/internally ensuring they are registered, numbered, distributed, controlled and archived * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to multi-task and be flexible * Willingness to travel in support of project activity where required Managed a team of document control administrators * Coordinated efforts of multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of document deliverables * trained employees and management trainees Full range of management duties in document control on previous jobs.
