PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: As part of my job description as an account manager, I had meetings with new or already existent customers and provided commercial consultancy. Additionally I was also responsible for sales management and customer care after the sales were completed. Occasionally I visited my customers with a company's engineer when more detailed technical information or consultancy were needed. I also used to manage the relationship between the company and suppliers like IBM, DELL, Clearswift, HP, APC as well as some Portuguese suppliers also. Moreover, I was in charge to find not only the best solution for our customers, but also to negotiate the best prices for our company.
