Partner with clients on setting up goal strategies, follow ups and tailored the training needed in skill areas to help make an impact in the organization and develop their ability to lead people and personally excel. in the development and implementation of succession planning and leadership programs by forecasting conducting talent reviews development planning coaching and conducting analysis on areas of improvements (i.e. minorities education etc.) Strategic role with business leaders on the development and execution of comprehensive engagement recognition and retention initiatives Culture Teams New Hire Outreach Leadership Awareness and Effectiveness. Conduct needs analysis design and implement appropriate leadership development initiatives engagement skills new leader labor relations HR policy & implementation interviewing skills. Lead performance management initiatives and consult leaders on performance counseling reviews and performance improvement plans. Facilitate and deliver on going leadership development training programs Engaged to Win in a High Performance Culture Management Guidelines Competency Based Interviewing Civil Treatment and handling difficult conversations. Host and organized leadership development events such as Leading Women's Network to enhance and empower women's communication skills and career growth in the organization. Be the bilingual spoke person for the organization on minority events i.e. Latino leadership and career job fairs presentations and deliver presentation to leaders on cultural norms on minorities and new generations (gen X millennium generations etc.) Create and execute recruiting strategies that exceed company staffing goals and exceed diversity initiatives.
