SUMMARY * 15+ years of human resources/recruiting experience. * Full life-cycle recruiting with emphasis on staff augmentation for contract to hire, permanent placement, and temp-to-perm position. * Excellent experience in sourcing, pre-screening, vetting, candidate selection, and maintaining a successful pipeline of qualified candidates. * Highly experienced in recruiting for technical, non-technical, and cleared candidates. * Highly experienced in utilizing various advertising, temporary staffing agencies, and employment career site vendors such as CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Washington Jobs, Washington Post, Sparks Personnel, Aquent Staffing Contractor, and host multiple jobs fairs for small and massive staffing needs. * Well-developed relationships with federal sector agencies, such as General Service Administration, Department of State, Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation, National Visa Center, NAVSEA, Navy AcqDemo, Navy ERP, Obamacare/CMS, and The United States Postal Service, as well as non-federal, commercial clients such as CareFirst, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Service Benefits Plan (SBP). * Uses in-depth knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations and laws to maintain information security and avoid compliance issues. Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables and milestones on time and within budget. * Excellent written and verbal communicator with internal customers and external clients. * Have a broad understanding and practices of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment and retention, records management, regulations, legal compliance, and conflict resolution techniques. * Advance software user with: Adobe, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Personnel systems, Payroll systems, and Microsoft Suites (Adobe, ADP, CostPoint, Deltek, GoDaddy, iCIMS, Impromptu, Kofax, MyHR, OpenHire, Quickbooks, SAP, Scanjet, Sendouts, SharePoint, Source Factor, TELEO, and TSheets).
