Qualifications/ Skills/ Training: * * SAP * Learning Management System (Sum Total) * SharePoint * Strong Customer Service skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Bi-lingual, English/ Spanish: Excellent communication and writing ability in both Spanish and English * Communication Skills: Ability to work well in a high stress/ fast paced environment. Daily communication with both internal and external customers in person, via phone and email * Decision Making, Complexity: Responsible for customer satisfaction. Coordinates customer training requirements amongst all stakeholders.
