SUMMARY As a customer relationship leader, I pride myself on being able to anticipate my customers' needs and work to grow my customer base. As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, communication was key I strive to use those same skills daily. Throughout my extensive sales and account manager experience, I've found that the key to growing business and income is directly related to having excellent customer relationships that have open and frequent communication.
