I completed the SHRM SCP preparation class at Cal State San Marcos in May 2017 and am currently working on scheduling my exam date in order to get certified. I am searching for a company I can grow with and utilize my Human Resources knowledge skills and abilities. A company that will allow me to contribute to it's value and employer branding, a company that will see me as a business partner who will contribute to it's strategies and work with all stakeholders to reach success.
