SUMMARY: Specialty in Accessibility and User-Centered Design. Extensive experiential knowledge base in technical and policy aspects of emerging technologies, enterprise architectures, IT standards and accessibility. Since 1999 invited expert of W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) technical standards working groups. Currently work as Quality Assurance Usability Expert for IRS testing Mobile devices for 508 Compliance. Acted as the Section 508 Subject matter expert for General Services Administration (GSA) FASST contract and previously for the U.S. Section 508 and international IT Accessibility Standards for Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Earned the DHHS Secretary's Award for Outstanding Web Development. Served as the technical 508 team lead for CRP Incorporated on the Department of Education/NAEP program. Created accessible content on several web sites, created intranet and internet sites and developed accessible web templates for organizations (W3C, INCITS), public sector clients and for U.S. Government agencies. Personal Interest: Usability testing and auditing of web-based systems, websites, mobile websites and applications, and tablet applications for large public and private sector clients.
