Summary: I am looking to stay in recruiting as that is my passion and yet, lead a small team to success. I believe in creating long lasting relationships with candidates and clients through honesty and integrity. I have built pipelines by taking the time with a candidate to understand their motivation and become an advocate for their career. There is no shortcuts, and I have learned that building a reputation in this industry is everything. I work with honesty and integrity and refuse to waiver on that. I can lead teams by example daily metrics and a successful pipeline with candidates and clients that stay with me because of my understanding of the candidate/client relationship. I have worked my way up to Branch Manager and realized we are treating people like numbers and I am not a fan. PeopleSoft, Field glass, IQN, Cosmos, Volt track, Beeline International recruiting experience Masters level HR coursework in statistics and metrics, organizational leadership/training Full-cycle recruiting, temporary, contract to hire, direct placement Manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously and successfully Orientation/onboarding remote and in-person Corporate and staffing recruiting experience Managed a staff up to 75 ppl. 7 years successful management experience
