Description
Serviced 1000 users locally and from a distance. Enhanced end user machines with more efficient upgrades. Recommended and requisitioned IT items to assist in faster on-site troubleshooting when needed. Assisted main remote support hub with on-site access to network equipment. Controlled IT cost through inventory management. Led the new hires of a help desk and trained them in the specific software used and how to work with different customers. Due to my expertise and willingness to help my colleagues (at the peer and management level) would come to me for troubleshooting advice on issues they could not solve.
