STERIS: formerly Synergy Health / SRI Surgical Benefits Analyst 9/12/05-3/31/17 Responsible for ACA filing of 1095C and 1094C for four divisions of Synergy Health. Also manual filing of 1095C and 1094C as well for small acquired company. Supervisor of one benefit Administrator. Contact for all insurance carriers for bids and contracts. Handle all medical dental vision life LTD STD WC FMLA FSA billing claims and enrollments for 1200+ Employees. Manage 401k plan as the Administrator and contact for employee carrier and broker. Handle all aspects of the 401k plan including loans hardships contribution changes and daily tasks. Responsible for year end testing compliance and filing of 5500. Conducted transfer of 401K carrier from three to one carrier. Worked through blackout period and all the is involved in such. Successfully rolled out benefits to different locations corporate contact for human resource reps in the field for all aspects of benefits. Manages support and guide reps on rolling out benefits plans and presentations created at corporate. Manage all HR Reps in field up to date on legal issues and update on new laws in healthcare. Manage the field HR Reps when handling FMLA LOA and Workers Comp leaves. Attend seminars for new laws and issues surrounding benefits today. Various other duties to include: QMSO company verifications background screens drug testing and medical support orders. Work on special projects. Involved in interviews with candidates as needed. Currently handing four divisions of company with various benefit plans and carriers. Work and maintain many HRIS company and carrier systems. Years of navigation of carrier sites and HRIS systems have lead me to achieve high level of direction and purpose on these sites with little or no training. 2015 started the first Wellness Plan for all four divisions of company. Conduct Bio-metric screens heart walks monthly health topics newsletter raffles and good healthy living for our employees.
